Fairfield Inn & Suites Under Construction CN Hotels, Inc. is developing an 80-acre mixed use development project in Wytheville, VA at Peppers' Ferry Crossing. The company is also constructing a 80-unit Fairfield Inn & Suites within the mixed use project which is scheduled to open in late 2007. CN Hotels, Inc. purchases 2 hotels. CN Hotels, Inc. acquired the 113-unit Comfort Inn in Burlington, NC and the 122-unit Comfort Inn Medical Center in Winston-Salem, NC on January 16, 2007. Both properties are planned to go through major renovations. Towneplace Suites by Marriott Under Construction CN Hotels, Inc. is developing a 90-unit Towneplace Suites by Marriott in Columbia, SC. The project is slated to open in Fall 2008. CN Hotels, Inc. opens new corporate office CN Hotels, Inc. opened their new corporate office in July 2007. The two story building consists of 12 offices and two board rooms and is approximately 4500 SF. The office is located at 2011 Veasley Street in Greensboro, NC. Hampton Inn & Suites Coming Soon CN Hotels, Inc. is developing a 90-unit Hampton Inn & Suites in Winston Salem, NC. The project is slated to open in Winter 2008.
