Our Mission

Welcome to CN Hotels! We are a fully integrated hotel ownership, development and operating company. Established in 1994, CN Hotels owns and manages a portfolio of high quality hotels throughout the Southeast with brand affiliations such as Marriott, Hilton, Intercontinental Hotels Group, Wyndham Hotels and Best Western Hotels and Resorts.

Our Story

Our Story

Our history began in 1976 when CN Patel immigrated from India to the United States in pursuit of a better life for his family. Upon his arrival he purchased his first motel, the 28 room Suburban Inn in Modesto, CA. Two years later, in search of better opportunities, CN Patel moved East to Greensboro, NC. Over the next ten years, with hard work and dedication, CN Patel was able to grow from one motel to four through out the state of North Carolina.

In 1989, Nayan Patel took an active role in the family business and purchased the Park Inn in Concord, NC. This was soon converted to the first Holiday Inn Express in the state of North Carolina. This was an introduction into hotel franchising, and since then, Nayan has never looked back. In 1994, Nayan completed his first ground-up, new construction project with completion of the Best Western Windsor Suites in Greensboro, NC - opening the gates to hotel development. During this year, in attempt to help centralize operations, CN Hotels was born.
