Responsibilities Maximizes revenue, profit, and market share associated with rooms, meetings, and F&B outlets. Partners with GMs and Sales Leaders to ensure a strategic mix of business and pricing strategies. Conducts weekly revenue management meetings with key stakeholders. Effectively works and collaborates with people, generates enthusiasm, motivates, and utilizes an uplifting and lead-by-example leadership approach. Ensure sales, revenue, and/or reservations training is provided to front office associates to help maximize revenue. Continuous analysis of competitive set, market dynamics, price positioning, seasonality, and mix. Utilizes yield management systems, market intelligence tools, and displacement analysis to maximize revenue and profitability. Develops appropriate selling strategies to include recommendations on rate, arrival patterns, length of stay, and restrictions for all segments and channels. Manages property participation and production through relevant Internet sites and other distribution channels (CRO, GDS, ADS, and Travel Agency Consortiums). Builds and maintains relationships w/ OTA Market Managers and ensures the best representation on 3rd party websites. Develops monthly revenue forecasts to be accurate within 5%. Review analysis of Online Reputation management tools and online marketing analytics. Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned. Participate in task forces and committees as requested. Qualifications Hilton or Marriott revenue management experience is required Strong preference will be given to candidates located in NC or FL. Analytical skills and financial analysis Revenue recognition and revenue management expertise Accounting knowledge and experience Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, hospitality, or a related field
